My Documents brings all your real estate-related documents together in one place. Create professional PDF reports from your analysis data—from portfolio overviews to detailed views of individual properties. Upload your own documents, such as purchase agreements, energy performance certificates, or lease agreements, and assign them to your properties. Search, filter, and sort functions help you quickly locate any document.
Create PDF reports
The system generates professional PDF reports for landlords based on your property data. Two report types are available: the Portfolio Report for multiple properties and the Property Details view for a single property.
Portfolio Report
The portfolio report summarizes the financial data for several or all properties. You can select the desired sections from six categories: Executive Summary with key figures, Property Portfolio with a list of properties, Financing Overview with loan details, Financial Ratios with calculated KPIs, Charts with graphical analyses, and, optionally, an appendix for your own notes.
This report is ideal for meetings with banks, financing requests, and documenting the performance of your portfolio.
Property Details
The detailed view generates a comprehensive report for a single property. There are three sections to choose from: Property Details, which includes basic information and amenities; Financial Data, which provides an overview of financing and costs; and Rental Price Analysis, which includes income and return on investment calculations.
This report type is suitable for tax advisors, property managers, or for your own documentation of individual properties.
Custom design
Both report types offer optional customization options. A cover page image gives the document a professional look—use your company logo or a real estate photo. Your name will appear in the document as the creator. You can disable chapters you don’t need to create shorter reports.
Once generated, the PDF will be downloaded automatically and saved to your document list at the same time.
Upload documents
You can upload your own documents using the drag-and-drop area or by selecting a file. The system accepts PDF documents, Microsoft Word files, and images in JPG and PNG formats, up to a maximum of 10 MB per file.
Document types
There are over 30 categories to choose from: purchase agreement, lease agreement, land registry extract, energy performance certificate, property description, loan agreement, financing offer, building permit, declaration of division, utility bill, insurance certificates, minutes of owners’ meetings, floor plan, site plan, cadastral map, and many more.
Clear categorization makes it easier to search and filter later on.
Property Assignment
Each document is assigned to a property in your portfolio. This association allows you to filter by property and keeps related documents together. For documents that pertain to multiple properties, select the primary property.
Document Management
The document table displays all uploaded and generated files. Search, filter, and sort functions help you find them quickly.
Search and Filter
The search field filters by file name, document type, or property name and displays results immediately. Three dropdown filters further narrow down the results: by document type, by property, and by time period. The Reset button resets all filters.
Sorting
Sort buttons organize the list according to various criteria: "Newest first" and "Oldest first" for chronological sorting, "Name A-Z" and "Name Z-A" for alphabetical order, and "By type" for grouping by document category. Alternatively, you can sort by clicking on the column headers.
Promotions
You can download or delete any document. PDF files open directly in the browser, while other formats are downloaded. If you select multiple documents using the checkboxes, a bulk action bar appears, allowing you to delete them all at once.
If there are more than ten documents, use the pagination to navigate through the pages.
Supported document types
The categories cover the entire real estate lifecycle. For purchases, you’ll find the purchase agreement, property description, land registry extract, financing offer, and loan agreement. For rentals, you can use the lease agreement, utility bill, and correspondence. Technical documents include the energy performance certificate, floor plan, site plan, construction plans, and building permits. For day-to-day management, you’ll find meeting minutes, insurance certificates, and statements of account.
The ImmoCheck category stores automatically generated analysis reports. The Real Estate Detail View category contains individual reports generated from the document creation process.
